In partnership with Statewide Poverty Action Network, we are pleased to invite you to this special installment of the Public Benefits Are Key! training series.
Statewide Poverty Action Network engages communities in order to advance equitable policy solutions for low-income people in Washington state. Members of the Network will join us to share context about the history of the Working Families Tax Credit and provide support for troubleshooting barriers to access.
What to Expect
Please join us on Zoom for a brand new training as part of our Public Benefits are Key! series. This session will be an in-depth training about the Working Families Tax Credit, a new public benefit available in Washington state. The training will cover topics such as the inception of the tax credit, eligibility, best practices for helping clients apply for these benefits, and tips for troubleshooting.
This training is geared towards case managers working with people experiencing homelessness – both new case managers as well as experienced providers who have questions and would like additional support in low-income families who would benefit from this tax credit.
